Our company and mission were born from the desire to help families. Over time, we have developed methods and strategies to do exactly that. It is our passion. We strive to meaningfully connect families to the organizations in their lives: schools, employers, community members, organizations, and places of worship.
This is for whole schools of any sort. If you are an individual educator...go check out our Professional Partnerships
The goal is to create a welcoming climate for families at school: remove obstacles to engagement, communicate effectively, support student success by including families, support employee success, share power, and collaborate with the community.
No two families are the same … and the world, the education policies of our institutions, and the way in which we communicate is constantly changing. We must be willing to adapt and solutions can not remain static. Even the ages of those in our families is constantly changing, hence, so are the needs within those families as well.
When your school becomes a TCFFE member - your entire school community has access to our services! You can send direct links to our exclusive resources in your weekly or monthly newsletter, you can invite families and teachers to the webinars, you can share articles and information from our website. We will help you bridge the communication gap between families and the school.
Parent and Community Outreach, Universal Improvement Plans, Community Feedback...all point to the need for a deeper, more in-depth connection between schools and the families they serve. We solve that problem for you!
We can help your families feel supported, heard, and valued!
Below are the many ways in which we increase both the communication and the understanding between schools and families ... as well as continually stay in touch so as to provide services that remain effective over time.
Our newsletters, resources, programs, and services increase family connectedness and well-being, empower the child, and support family development so children and caregivers can thrive. Our program helps parents learn about and understand their children’s needs and development.
We also help with IEPs and 504s / special education resources, progress monitoring, and more.
SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVOCATE / CONSULTING
With support and available resources, parents are empowered to work through developmental stages, crises, and parenting struggles.
Families enrolled through your school will have access to newsletters, videos, personalized training, podcasts, webinars, and resources that foster the parent-child-educator-community relationship, increasing security and solving challenges that arise. The resources, services, and programs we provide focus on creating social, emotional, and physical environments that promote well-being, security, and healthy development for families and the community.
How it works...several ways. With membership - we will send your designated contact a weekly email with links, resources, upcoming live trainings, new information, articles, and more. That contact can embed the links and information included your school newsletter or emails, or you can ask for us to construct an individualized email / newsletter for you to send out. We work with you and your school's needs! The even better news is that we save your school budget - since you won't have to hire a designated professional for this one role. We do it for you.
