Empowering Families and Schools for Student Success
At The Collaborative for Family Education (TCFFE), we believe every child deserves access to an educational environment tailored to their unique learning needs. Navigating the complexities of special education can be challenging for both families and schools. That’s why TCFFE offers specialized advocacy and consulting services—working with families and school districts to ensure students receive the individualized support necessary to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Understanding IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and 504 Plans can be overwhelming. Each state has its own laws and processes, and many families and educators seek support in making informed, compliant, and student-centered decisions. TCFFE is licensed in Colorado and Texas, with the ability to collaborate across other states as needed.
As a neutral third party, our role is to objectively assess student needs, clarify next steps, and offer customized tools and strategies. Whether you're a parent or a school staff member, our focus is always on supporting students effectively and equitably.
Families – Parents or caregivers looking to understand, navigate, or strengthen their child’s IEP or 504 Plan, ensuring services and accommodations are meaningful and effective.
Schools – Administrators, teachers, and special education teams who need expert help writing, reviewing, or organizing IEPs and 504s, aligning documentation to legal and educational standards, or developing consistent tools for progress monitoring.
